We have a simple streamlined process by asking questions and providing answers. We work closely with our clients every step of the way to ensure all needs are met. Our process consists of four main stages: Discovery, Design, Prototype, Approval, and Production.

During the Discovery stage, we communicate with our clients to better understand their needs and requirements. In the Design stage, we create a part and assembly design that takes manufacturability into account. We also develop a manufacturing process flow and program requirements to ensure that our clients receive the highest quality end product. The Prototype stage involves moving the project to the production floor, where we measure part conformance and process compliance to ensure that everything is in order. In the Approval stage, we perform first article inspections and iterate as necessary until we achieve final part approval. In the Production stage, we begin mass customization while adhering to ISO certified quality standards.
